How It Works

The automated controller is designed to gradually increase your altitude over time, providing you with controlled and sustainable altitude training. Using the MountainAir® companion app, you can monitor your progress and adjust settings to ensure optimal training and sleep quality.

This system is compatible with Apple mobile devices (iPhone or iPad) and requires access to the Apple App Store and a home Wi-Fi network to function properly. (Mobile device and Wi-Fi not included.)

Size & Fit

• Queen/Full Size: The tent fits a standard queen-sized mattress, providing a perfect setup for most beds.
• King-Sized Beds: Simply place the tent on top of your mattress for a snug fit.
• Single Beds: The tent fits around a single bed, with extra space on each side for added comfort.

Maximum Altitude

• With Tent: The system can simulate altitudes up to 12,000 feet above your home elevation, perfect for endurance training and sleep adaptation.
• With Training Mask (sold separately): Take your training to the next level with the ability to simulate altitudes up to 21,000 feet above your home elevation.
